The deficit of the IT skills in today’s workforce

As the IT expertise gain more importance with passing time, real worries are growing among the business leaders. They believe that our present-day students lack the mandatory skillsets necessary to face the challenges of the global community. Only 43% of the U.S. frontrunners, 50% of the UK frontrunners and some Brazilian participants considered that current students have adequate potential for commanding tomorrow’s workforce. A tremendous portion of the respondents felt that the state denies them access for reforming the education systems present in their individual countries. 51% of the Chinese market leaders, 59 % of the leaders from UK, 63 % of US forerunners and 67% of the frontrunners from Brazil who took the research also felt that their governing bodies ought to improve the rate of numeracy in addition to literacy skills in their countries.
